Bridging the gap between human needs and emerging technologies
I'm a Computer Science student at Clemson University who is happiest when I can build technology around real people, not the other way around. Human-centered computing clicked for me early because I saw how quickly "useful" systems fail when they ignore context, accessibility, or trust.
That same perspective is what drew me into privacy research at TigerSec Laboratory. I care about making data-driven systems safer and more transparent for the people affected by them, whether I am evaluating automotive data practices or prototyping autonomous systems for mission-critical environments.
Innovation meets impact
NASA Space Apps Challenge 2025 winner. FLARESat helps students and citizen scientists explore wildfire activity through a satellite-inspired dashboard that compares simulated detections with NASA FIRMS data. The project combines a CAD-modeled constellation concept, data pipeline prototypes, and an interactive web interface for rapid situational awareness.
Built for NATO Bold Machina 2025, this unmanned surface vessel prototype supports safer maritime testing by automating obstacle detection and waypoint navigation. It combines YOLOv8-based perception, LUA-driven mission logic, and Fusion 360 hardware modeling for a practical research platform used by defense innovation teams.
This TigerSec Laboratory project evaluates what connected vehicles collect, how long data is retained, and where policy language can mislead everyday drivers. The analysis helps researchers and stakeholders compare privacy risk across manufacturers and identify concrete improvements for safer data governance.
Developed for the PhysioNet Challenge, this machine learning workflow screens 12-lead ECG data for signs of Chagas disease in settings where specialist review is limited. The model reached a 60% true positive rate with fewer than 13% false positives, providing a strong baseline for more interpretable clinical models.
Death Valley Dash is an AI-assisted campus scavenger hunt that helps first-year students and event participants learn their way around Clemson through location-based challenges. Real-time GPS progression and adaptive hints keep teams moving while reducing the frustration of getting stuck at unfamiliar landmarks.
Security Breadcrumbs is an OSINT workflow that shows how small public profile details can combine into actionable security exposure. It was used to classify LinkedIn-based risk patterns, finding that 75.5% of sampled profiles presented concerns and 12% met high-risk criteria relevant to OPSEC training.
PlotToPlate is a community web platform that reduces local food waste by connecting gardeners, neighbors, and donation hubs in one workflow. Users can track what is growing, share surplus produce, and coordinate pickups through a forum and lightweight garden management tools.
